Remote Training: Fitt with Britt offers remote and virtual training through Zoom, Skype, Facebook, and Google Hangouts. She trains clients across the country and has also trained clients in other countries. As a result of the pandemic - more and more clients are seeking to train remotely and are looking for trainers that have adjusted to today’s tech-centric world. Britt can provide the tools you need to train in the comfort of your own home but with the accountability and guidance of an experienced personal trainer.

Travel Program: If you need workouts while traveling for business or vacation, Britt’s Travel Program is there for you.  There’s nothing worse than working hard to reach your goals, only to slide back a few steps when you travel. Fitt with Britt’s online program offers workouts designed specifically for your situation. Britt will meet with you (either in person or virtually) and review your schedule and your travel situation. She’ll then create a plan that can be achieved from anywhere, even with limited or no equipment.

Self-managed Program: If you prefer independent workouts at home or live in a different area, then the Self-managed Program is for you. Every workout plan is designed specifically for you and includes a wide selection of exercises and fun challenges.  Best of all, you won’t see the same workouts repeated over and over. Depending on your needs, you can schedule regular check-in meetings with Britt to access your progress to make modifications. Recommendations on meals and healthy eating can also be included.
