My Fitness Journey
Fitness has been a life-long passion but it wasn’t until after 7 years at a corporate desk job that I decided to pursue my true passion and officially pivot into a career I absolutely love. I was scared of failure, of not being good enough, of the unknown, and let’s be honest, I was scared of believing in myself and starting something new. Now, after years of training thousands of clients, when fear and doubt cross my mind, I push it all aside because I know the results are so worth the challenge. Worth it because every day I have the privilege of helping my clients achieve better health and a higher level of fitness. I’m a part of their journey, working through the challenges and celebrating the wins. Seeing them push harder and grow stronger both mentally and physically week-over-week is so incredibly rewarding. For me, that far surpasses the career I left behind.
My 360 degree approach to health and fitness helps you become the best version of yourself through mind and body. I believe fitness training provides the obvious benefits of health but also gives you a deeper knowledge of how to stay healthy and take control of the life you want to live. Sometimes all it takes is someone who believes in you and sets you on a path to your goals. No matter where you start from. I’m here to motivate you along your journey to that stronger, better you. Together we will find that movement is powerful and you are capable.
A little bit more about me…my obvious hobby is working out and running and you can often find me with my 5 year old black Labrador in tow. I take her wherever I go. I enjoy cooking and going on culinary adventures from finding the most authentic dim sum to the best street taco. I love art and wandering through museums, days at the beach, and fostering dogs!
