About FITT WITH BRITT™
FITT WITH BRITT™ was founded by Brittanny “Britt” Sturgess, C.P.T., one of the most sought after personal trainers and fitness influencers in Southern California. Britt developed her passion for fitness at an early age, excelling in multiple sports and becoming a Southern California teen tennis phenom in the mid-2000s. After college, she spent years as head trainer of a prominent women’s boot camp facility in Orange County, California, where her energy and leadership helped expand the gym’s membership and popularity to unprecedented levels. Over her career, Britt has trained celebrities and professional athletes, led individual and group fitness classes with as many as 50 people, helped lead international fitness retreats, participated in celebrity and elite fitness competitions, and served as an Athleta ambassador.
Now with her own private training business, Britt can focus on her passion - helping individuals discover the strength and confidence that comes through fitness. Britt personally conducts each and every training session with the select clients of FITT WITH BRITT™ at her private home gym in Nellie Gail Ranch in South Orange County, California. Britt also offers remote training through Zoom.
One-on-One Sessions
If you want focused, personalized training, FITT WITH BRITT’S™ personal 45-60 minute sessions are designed specifically for you. If you’re seeking post-injury, teen, or pre- and post-natal exercise you’ll be in good hands. We’ll create a targeted plan that incorporates what you need to achieve your specific goals. All sessions are conducted in a gym space at Britt’s private home or remotely through multiple media.
Group Sessions
Prefer a support group or enjoy working out with friends? FITT WITH BRITT™ group sessions offer you a fun and supportive way to stay motivated, work harder and connect, all while reaching your fitness and health goals. You’ll receive a range of functional training, core stability, mobility, HIIT, resistance, strength and fitness workouts. Group sessions are conducted in the private home gym space.
Remote & Virtual Sessions
Whether you’re stuck at home due to the pandemic, traveling for work, vacation or otherwise need remote training, FITT WITH BRITT™ offers remote & virtual training through zoom and other video streaming services, along with personalized training plans and downloadable guides designed to address your unique needs and achieve your goals no matter where you may be. Being stuck at home does not mean you can’t get in shape.
